Asante Kotoko and All Stars will be engaged in a play-off to determine which side seals the fifth position on the Glo Premier League table. According to league organizers, the Premier League Board, the two teams will meet at the Coronation Park in Sunyani on Sunday, May 16 with the game kicking off at 15:00GMT. |

The Angola 2010 African Cup of Nations has ended with Ghana bowing to Egypt. The Black Stars put up a gallant performance but succumbed to their superior opponents, the Pharaohs who were pre-match favourites.
The Stars played out their hearts but substitute Mohammed Gedo broke the heart of Ghana with superb through ball that left Stars goalie Richard Kingson with no dog’s chance of a save in the 85th minute of the game. |

Togo banned for leaving Africa Cup of Nations after attack |

(CNN) -- Togo, who pulled out of the Africa Cup of Nations soccer competition after a terrorist attack on their team bus, have been suspended from taking part in the next two competitions. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) also announced on Saturday that the team would be fined $50,000. |

The Wigan player, who was suffering from a thigh strain, was at his agility as he denied Nigeria from equalizing Asamoah Gyan's goal with some superb saves. |
